My buddy Grace again. I have to admit... this has become one of my favorite images. Yes she is a beautiful child. But for me, it is a peek into Grace's soul. She is such a free spirit. Always a huge smile on her face, always bouncing from place to place. This quiet moment seems like a gift.

This image was worked following some of the basic principles from this weeks homework.

Our second lesson for the fall session has been posted. I do hope you stop by and give it a look. Every Tuesday I will post a lesson or find a tutorial on the net for us to work. Some will be just plain funky for the fun of it. (hint for next week). This is a small extra friendly forum. You will be welcomed with open arms. The perfect place to learn and ask questions.

After processing the image a couple of Ghostbone textures were added. Those are covered in previous post and I am sure we will work with some textures in future lessons. :=)

I have to say this is one of the most beautiful photos I have ever seen. WOW! The colors, Grace's expression...EVERYTHING! I am going to try to hop on over and take a look-see.

If you have a rar. folder that you need to unzip. You can download a free trial of winRAR here. CNet has a very good record of safe downloads. It is a 40 day free trial. I downloaded it a couple of days ago and it worked great. When your 40 days are up, you can uninstall it from your computer and be back to normal. Next... If you come to a texture that is just an image such as the Antique1 texture. Right click and copy it. This will copy the image to your computers clipboard. Open CS or Elements. Hit Ctrl N for a new document. Your computer will remember the copied size and make a new document to fit it. Once your new blank document is opened. I have been busy working on Christmas card templates and paper packages. I am in the process of opening a small shop that will cater to limited commercial/personal use products.
